Flu Clinics - Now Bookable!

If you are:
- pregnant,
- 65 years or Over,
- a child aged 2-3 ,
- obese (with BMI>40),
OR suffer from asthma, diabetes or immunosuppression, have a heart, kidney or lung condition, have suffered a stroke or transient ischaemic attack, you are considered at greater risk from flu and the implications can be serious.
We have walk-in and bookable appointments available at times during the week and at weekends.
Walk-In Clinics (no need to book):
Saturdays: 8am to 12pm

Bookable Appointments:
Morning, Evening and Day Appointments available from end of September onwards. You can book online or contact the surgery.

- It's available 24/7 - we respond in working hours, 8am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
- In working hours, we can usually get back to you within the hour - it may be longer at busy times

We are a Military Veterans Accredited Practice.
Accessing the practice:
There is free parking at the rear of the building, we also have allocated parking for our disabled patients.
Wheelchair access is via the rear entrance.
Patient services are spread over two floors - GPs and ANPs are all on level 1. Nurses and HCA's are all on level 2
Toilets are available on all floors and we are in the process of having a RADAR lock fitted to our disabled toilets on level 1.
Extended Access:
In addition to our normal opening hours our GPs offer appointments for the patients either before 08.00am or after 18.30 hrs. every day.

Hub Sessions:
Kidderminster Medical Centre is the hub for Wyre Forest Health Partnership practices.
We are open to see patients from across all six sites up until 20.30hrs Monday - Thursday and two Saturday mornings per month.
These clinics are run by GPs from across the Partnership.
Allocated Named GP:
All patients that are registered at Kidderminster Medical Centre have a named allocated GP who will oversee your care.
You are still entitled to see whichever Clinician you choose to. Please see our 'further information' section on the right.
On Line Patient Access:
On line access is available to all our patients aged 16 years and above.
The process is simple to sign up to - you will need to attend the practice with one form of ID, the forms takes a couple of minutes to complete and gives you access to:
Medical Records (Summary)
Ordering your repeat medications
Reviewing your upcoming appointments
Booking appointments with GPs and nurses. You can also book appointments for smears, INR blood tests, flu vaccinations, child immunisations, phlebotomy clinic appointments and NHS health checks.
